I hope that this opinion will be accepted this time, because I have made it clear that we are directly affected by Quanticks` incompetence. I believe that anyone in a chain who is affected by the incompetence of a lawyer, whether it is their lawyer or not, should be able to leave a review on Trust Pilot.

Here`s my previous review: If I couldn`t leave stars, I would. This company should not transfer ownership. So many mistakes have been made. I forgot to order the following: maintenance pack, fire protection, etc. etc.. Believe me, the list goes on. They allowed us the exchange and completion point (on the same day) and only realized that day that they hadn`t fixed a base rent issue, which actually took another 3 months to resolve. Save yourself the grief and go with another company. It took us 7 months to talk about this company.

I feel like it`s a business that operates on a “when it suits you” basis. After using them before, it will definitely be the last. I bought a property in 2013 and Heather Geisler had taken care of the sale, it was impeccable. Unfortunately, she no longer works there. I finally had to ask for the money back on the account as they did nothing and completely wasted my time and forced me to go somewhere else! After informing them of a lease renewal, Quanticks sat there from the sales register for 4 months, even longer if you consider when I gave them initial instructions. They insisted that the property be registered in the land registry, presumably to give them more time. You haven`t contacted the lender for 7 months! They had the audacity to say that they had started the process with the lender, but after checking me themselves, they didn`t! So it`s a simple lie. In the meantime, with each delay, I was forced to pay higher rental extension fees, fortunately I was dealing with an understanding freeholder who did not increase rental costs.
Quanticks usually didn`t respond when they called to ask for updates or sent them the same. To top it off, when the case was passed from Stephanie (who just gave up working on the case) to Natasha (who leads the broadcast team), she had the audacity to rudely claim that I was telling them how to do their job. No, I just wanted an update on my case and I was just frustrated by the unacceptable delays caused by Quanticks. Avoid this business unless you just want grief and stress at a price. Shockingly bad. The idea of dealing with lawyers seemed like a daunting task, but Quantick Daley struck the right balance between being professional and at the same time being relaxed enough that we felt comfortable dealing with them. Since then, we have come back and made our two wills and they have made the whole process really quick and easy.
The video conferences have been very welcoming, it`s nice to see a face and be able to talk to someone quickly and easily without having to visit them. I can`t recommend these guys highly enough. This company is also known as Quantick Daley, QLAW Show other names Daleys were knowledgeable lawyers who managed the purchase of our home. They did their job, but were not proactive and did not respond to calls from us or our real estate agent throughout the process. We found them adequate, but if you are looking for lawyers to help you and help you with a purchase, we would not recommend it. These are the SRA-regulated individuals in this organization.
